Kas na Nort, House on the North, is a stylish, new villa built in a unique setting. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it offers spacious accommodation for ten people. At the rear you imagine yourself alone, looking freely from the terrace or from the large swimming pool to nature and the sea that splashes high against the rugged coast in the distance. Yet the villa is located in the security of the friendly and quiet residential area of Sunset Heights.

You want to sit comfortably in the living room, but also stretch out in a sun lounger by the pool, or lie on the terrace in the hammock. There is a TV in the living room. Internet whenever and as much as you want. Eating inside, eating outside, it's all possible without having to drag chairs. Extensive cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or barbecuing in the garden. Everything is ready for you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Mentioned prices are based on occupancy by two people. For each additional person there is a surcharge of € 105 per week or € 15 per night. There is a minimum stay of 7 nights in low season. In high season, a minimum stay of 10 nights applies.

Reservation and payment: After booking the holiday villa, the tenant receives an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the rent. This deposit must be paid within 8 days, making the reservation final and with which the tenant agrees to the rental conditions. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. The remaining amount, the costs of the final cleaning and the deposit must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Option: It is possible to take an option on the holiday villa for a period to be agreed in advance with the landlords (for example, to coordinate the booking of travel tickets with the rental period).

Cancellation: In principle, the rental price will be charged in full in case of cancellation. Cancellation insurance is recommended. If the property can be rented out to others during the period discussed, an amount equal to the rent of the re-let days will be refunded, minus administration costs of 150 euros.

Kas na Nort is in the elevated villas Sunset Heights neighborhood north of Willemstad. The only access road to the area is closed by a barrier that day and night by a porter is monitored and controlled. It is a fifteen minute drive to the center (Punda or Otrobanda) and the nearest beaches. There is a large supermarket and an ATM at 5 minutes. The island is 60 miles long and average 15 km wide, so you drive in less than an hour to West Point. Although a small island, a rental car is almost essential. If you wish, we can send information from a reliable car hire that may ensure that the car near the house ready for you when you arrive.

Already at the front door, the swimming pool that you can see through the house lures you into the backyard, with the nature reserve and the sea behind it. You enter the spacious living room that continues to the dining room for 10 people and the luxurious open kitchen with breakfast bar with granite tops. The kitchen is also adjacent to the spacious covered back porch which again continues at the same level to the pool terrace and pool area. On both sides of the house there are 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom.

A staircase between the storage room and the living room leads to the upper floor and opens onto a landing that gives access to the large balcony upstairs. From this balcony you also have a fantastic view over the nature reserve and the sea. The balcony is also accessible from the master bedroom, 'the blue room' through French doors. The blue bedroom has air conditioning and a large walk-in closet. This master bedroom also has a spacious modern bathroom.

The front yard is sealed with an aluminum fence with a lockable gate and two closable grilles for the carport on the eastern side and a driveway on the western side. The eastern boundary is bordered by a high wall, the west by a wall surmounted by a high fence where grid bougainvilla's growing dread. The back of the yard ends in a steep cliff behind the pool, for your safety marked and partially delineated the house was completed in 2006, but the garden is already full-grown with a 12-number already strong palms, flowering bougainvillea and many of other tropical plants. While in Curacao a voltage of 110 volts is standard, the villa is equipped with 220 V power sockets, so your shaver etc without adapters with you. All bedrooms have quiet split-unit air conditioners with remote control. You will often not even necessary, especially not over, because the house so well on the wind. All rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans. Bring your favorite CDs and DVDs comfortable with it, because there is a stereo system available. There is also an ADSL connection for unlimited Internet, if you have your own laptop. Besides the local TV stations, you can still receive about 60 other channels through our TDS subscription. In the 'master'slaapkamer above, the blue room, is a second TV and DVD player available.

Even the little ones plenty of thought. There is a sturdy cot, a playpen, high chair and baby bath ready for them. There are a limited number of toys available, stored in the toy box. Monumental buildings frame the natural harbor that divides the city into two, Punda and Otrobanda. Inviting cafes on the waterfront and many other places in the city are built. Outdoors you can eat a variety of restaurants, from simple, local cuttings where you can eat to stylish establishments. You can see beautiful birds, and also from the garden of Kas na Nort, so take your viewer if you keep birds.

KLM flies daily from Amsterdam to Curacao and back. The flying time is approximately nine hours non-stop flights. Some flights will be a stop, such as St. Maarten or Aruba, so the travel time between 2 and 2.5 hours increasing. flies to Curaçao from Amsterdam seven times a week. From the USA and Canada several airlines fly to Curaçao, usually via Miami. These include American Airlines, Delta Air Lines,Continental Airlines and United Airlines. There are also air connections between Curaçao and South-/Central American countries, and various Caribbean islands.
