We are a family consisting of 4 people and hereby offer our house on Curaçao for rent.

Our house is located in the new Wechi district, the district is under development with the expansion of several sustainable homes.

It is a semi-detached house (built in 2021) with a living area of 112.5 m2 consisting of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 x 1-person box spring and 1 bedroom with a 2-person box spring), 1 bathroom, an inner garden and a small storage room. The house is sustainable; there are solar panels and electric cooking is possible. The power / sockets are 220 volts. The house is fully furnished.

The house has a total area of 282 m2. The garden is closed with wall and fencing. The car can be parked on site.
Both front and rear is a stone veranda with shade, the house is slightly elevated.

Because of the central location, everything is easy to reach in a short time, such as the center, the many beautiful beaches, the airport and sights.
It is a half hour drive to Grote Knip, the westernmost beach and a 24 minute drive to Jan Thiel, the easternmost beach.
A stone's throw away is the shopping center (including cinema and eatery) Sambil.

We are Nyvetson and Marlene. Together we have two children, a daughter and a son. We like to come to Curacao to enjoy the beautiful island, the tropical climate, the delicious food and to visit family.

In the distant future, we see ourselves living on the island. To prevent the house from remaining empty for too long, we offer it for rental.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
