Waking up with the flamingos
Directly opposite the villa is the Flamingo Habitat, a nature reserve where flamingos regularly live in the shallow water. From the roof terrace and from the pool you look over that water to the Curaçao hills. Discover the island during the day, return to your own pool in the afternoon and watch how the light changes over the water with a drink on the rooftop in the evening. That is what this villa is built for.
Good to know
The resort around the villa is still being completed: houses are still being built and the landscaping around the villa will follow. Construction work can therefore be visible and audible on working days. The villa itself is completely new and fully furnished, including private rooftop pool, air conditioning, wifi and private parking. This development phase has been taken into account in the introduction tariff. This way you stay at a competitive rate in a new private villa with all the space for yourself.
The rooftop
A spacious private roof terrace with your own swimming pool, three sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a lounge set under the canopy. Due to the open location, you catch the trade wind here, making it pleasant even in the middle of the day. One floor below is a spacious terrace with dining table for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside.
Spacious and comfortable inside
The bright living room has a comfortable sitting area, air conditioning and an open kitchen with spacious cooking island and induction, fully equipped for real cooking. The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. One bedroom is on the ground floor with a fixed double bed; The two bedrooms on the first floor have beds that can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. One of those bedrooms has its own balcony at the front. Furthermore, a separate guest toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, fast wifi [speed] and a camping bed on request.
Location
The villa is located on the Road to Bullen Bay, between Blue Bay and Kokomo Beach. Kokomo Beach is a 3-minute drive away, Blue Bay is 5 minutes, a large supermarket is 5 minutes away and the center of Willemstad is about 15 minutes away. You are on the west side of Willemstad, so you can drive to the bays and beaches towards Westpunt without having to go through the city first. We recommend a rental car.

Swimming pool and rooftop
You use the swimming pool and roof terrace at your own responsibility. Children are always supervised by an adult here. At and in the swimming pool you use the unbreakable crockery provided; glass is not allowed.
