The space
Luxuriously furnished 3 room apartment of approximately 90m2 with spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, terrace and fully equipped kitchen. Equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Normal use of electricity is included.

The penthouse apartment is located on 'Blije Rust II', a small-scale and quiet resort, next to the entrance of the famous Blue Bay Resort.

Other things to note
The stay with us includes normal/fair use of electricity (approx. €50 per week). NOTE: This is not the case with most similar apartments, which makes them seem cheaper!

We are Dennis Roos and Miriam Caupain, a Dutch-Surinamese couple. Our home base is the Netherlands where we found and fell in love in 2010. Shortly after, during one of our first vacations together, we fell in love with Curaçao. We promised each other that one day we would have a place on this beautiful island, to escape the chilly Dutch winters. A place to make beautiful memories and grow old together. We succeeded and you can now enjoy it too.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
