Hi! We are Lorenzo and Dorain and we are the hosts of Lobi da Casa. When we were on Curacao for the first time, we were sold on the island and the beaches. Because of this we decided to buy our own home on Curacao so that we can always go to the island whenever we want. Of course we love to travel and what we like to do most on Curacao is snorkeling and enjoying the beaches.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note: The nightly price does not include the costs for electricity. The target price is € 8 per night with normal use and will be deducted from the deposit.

The deposit is € 250 per booking.

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by e-mail). The following conditions apply:

Partial payments will not be returned in the event of cancellation.
In case of cancellation up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
In case of cancellation from seven days to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental price will be due
In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
