We use a deposit of €350 per stay.

Electricity and water are included up to a maximum of;

• Electricity 10 kWh per day
• Water 0.3 m3 per day

With normal use, this is more than enough for 2 people. In the event of additional consumption, this will be deducted from the deposit:

• €0.65 per kWh of electricity
• And €8.50 per m3 of water

Final cleaning € 95 (mandatory)

Cancellation policy 

• The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
• In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
