Our spacious private villa is an originally built Caribbean house with high ceilings
and beautiful shutters on all windows, providing both security and opportunity
to let in the cooling wind. The outdoor space offers plenty
opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather, for example sunbathing on the
pool or relax in the hammock.

The villa consists of:

• A spacious living room with dining area, sitting area with flat screen TV and ceiling fan;
• A fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and
get a cold drink. The kitchen is equipped with: pans, crockery &
cutlery, five-burner gas stove, large fridge / freezer, plenty of cupboard space,
combination microwave, kettle and coffee maker;
• Master bedroom with comfortable double bed (1.60x2.00 meters),
air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 fitted wardrobes and a small safe for it
storage of your laptop, passport, etc.
• 2 more bedrooms, both with 2 single beds (0.90x2.00 meters),
air conditioning, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has
a private sink;
• Spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and shower (including hot water);
• There is a second bathroom next to the pool, with sink, toilet, and shower
washing machine. Ideal to use while relaxing by the pool;

• The front porch overlooking the ocean is a great place
to enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning, take a nap in the hammock
after returning from a day at the beach or enjoying a drink at
sunset;

• On the side of the villa is the private swimming pool terrace and the shade
offering classic palapa. Relax by the pool on the sunbeds and enjoy
of a delicious meal from the BBQ;
• With 2 parking spaces behind the gate, your (rental) car is safe and private
parked.

Location:
The villa is located on a hill on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood
'Planter Rest'. The location offers privacy and a relaxed tropical feel,
surrounded by sea view and lots of green plants. Enjoy the birds singing
and don't be surprised by a visit from an iguana or two.

The ideal thing about this location is that you can find your peace at home while you are still
in a super strategic location on the island is between the center,
Piscadera and the road to Westpunt with its many beautiful beaches. There are
restaurants, banks and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
