The kitchen is equipped with: pans, crockery & cutlery, four-burner gas stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker;
From the back window in the bedroom you have a view of the communal terrace and the swimming pool.
Because the terrace and the swimming pool are located at the rear of the house, you can enjoy privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds, take a cooling dip in the pool or grill your favorite BBQ meal on the BBQ (for common use).
There is one enclosed parking space which is for shared use with (potential) tenants of 'Studio Bista', the studio above the apartment. There is also ample free parking on the street.

The apartment is located on a hill on a cul-de-sac in the quiet 'Planterrust' district. The location offers privacy and a relaxed tropical feel, surrounded by sea views and lush greenery. Enjoy the birds singing and don't be surprised by a visit from an iguana or two.
The ideal thing about this location is that you can find your peace at home while you are still in a super strategic location on the island between the center, Piscadera and the road to Westpunt with its many beautiful beaches. There are restaurants, banks and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
