Beautiful luxuriously furnished 3-bedroom apartment
Located at the Royal Palm Resort Curacao in the semi-touristy area of Piscadera Curacao, known for the Marriott, Hilton Hotel and the World Trade Center. This apartment has a complete custom kitchen. This high-gloss kitchen is equipped with everything such as an electric hob, microwave-oven combination and a refrigerator. There is a comfortable dining table near the kitchen where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and many more kitchen utensils. The entire apartment has air conditioning. Through two large sliding doors you reach the large terrace. Here you can enjoy a wonderful breeze and the great sea view. There are three bedrooms on the right side of the apartment, each with its own bathroom. There is also a washer-dryer combination hidden in a built-in cupboard, together with several cleaning items.

The resort has a communal swimming pool. If you don't want to go to the beach and want to enjoy some peace and quiet, you can also use the communal swimming pool.

The resort is secured and you must show identification at the entrance. Naturally, we will announce your stay so that you will not be faced with any surprises.

If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, exotic, pure tropical nature, you can reach the remote beaches of Banda Bou within 15 minutes.

We are a Curacao-Aruban family and regularly come to Curacao because of the island, family and friends and regularly stayed at the Marriott Hotel. During one of our many morning walks we came up with the idea of exploring the Royal Palm Resort and we were immediately sold. . Years later we own several apartments that we have furnished with great care, with the home and holiday feeling coming first.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
