The apartment "Dushi PALM" is located in a quiet residential resort at about 3 km west Willemstad.Het resort has a 24-hour SECURITY AND TOEGANGSCONTROLE.Het resort is built on a slope of a hill about 250 meters from the coastline and lies 20 meters above the sea level. From the balcony you about the beautifully landscaped tropical garden is always a fascinating view of the sea where the cruise ships and with some luck even dolphins passing by. There is the quiet atmosphere of a residential resort and on the front balcony with lounge-set you can enjoy a vast area. The rear balcony has a dining table with comfortable chairs with cushions. The house and the balconies, which are both equipped with blinds, are favorable to the prevailing wind direction, so there always is a pleasant cool atmosphere. Indispensable in the tropics. The house is protected from insects, ventilated in a pleasant way. The resort has a beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. There are no extra facilities for children to play. The construction of the garden and roads are also unsuitable for this purpose. The apartment is centrally located in a park-like construction on the 1st floor (top floor) and is not accessible to wheelchairs. The total surface area is 165 m2.

We are a retired couple with Nederl.nationaliteit and use our apartment 4-5 months a year. The rest of the year it is available for rent. Because in the tropics is the best one inhabited house. We have two daughters and five grandchildren. We chose this apartment:
- quiet residential resort
- beautiful views from living room
- balcony on the garden and sea
- apartment is conveniently situated on the wind, so that the inside temperature remains pleasant.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates are based on a stay of 2 people
Use 2nd bedroom € 25,= per night
Maximum 4 people total

- interim cleaning for stays longer than 12 nights
- from 12 nights weekly cleaning + fresh bed linen
- package of towels / kitchen towels etc. (* wash yourself in the meantime and on departure)

NOT INCLUDED:
- 2nd bedroom € 25,= per night
- final cleaning €150,=

- Additional consumption of electricity (0.45 per kWh) will be deducted from the deposit.

De vele bezienswaardigheden varieren van historische gebouwen, pitoreske stranden en prachtige vergezichten. Een uitgebreide informatiemap is in ons appartement aanwezig

In Willlemstad is genoeg te zien, te doen en te beleven.Historische wijken Otrabanda en Punda geven je zowel een kijkje terug in de tijd met oude historische gebouwen als een kijkje in de toekomst.

Curacao has always been a center for trade.
Look again and walk among the beautiful buildings and walk through the burg ferry from Punda to Otrabanda.
Otrabanda known literally "the other side"

Met door de kracht van zee en wind gevormde grotten in een typisch vlak landschap. Bloeiende bolcactussen(NIET MEENEMEN ) maken het een aanrader voor de natuurlliefhebber.

De beklimming van de Christoffelberg is voor vroege vogels. Hoe vroeger hoe beter. Het Natinonaalpark is open vanaf 7.30 uur. Trek wandelschoenen aan, vergeet geen water,zonnebrand en petje.

17 augustus 1795 ging TULA met een groep van ongeveer 50 andere slaven naar hun baas op Landhuis Knip om hun vrijheid op te eisen en deelden hem mee, dat zij niet langer voor hem wilden werken.
