Piscadera has another cozy beach and is not as busy as mambo beach and Jan Tielbaai.

We are Wichard and Esther Wijnbergen and we ourselves often stay in apartment 25 of Residence Piscadera. We think it is an ideal place, just like our 3 children and grandson. We find the pleasant beach within walking distance of 5-10 minutes ideal and Piscadera is ideal for exploring the rest of the island. And in the evening you can relax on the large terrace. There is a lounge set on the terrace to sit outside.

Internet costs are 150 NAF per month.
Electricity bill based on actual consumption.
With normal air conditioning use and average family situation, the electricity consumption is approximately 100 euros per month.
Long-term rental is also possible, price to be agreed with regard to long term
term rental.
The electricity bill is deducted from the deposit.
Breakage deposit to be paid of 1000 euros before arrival. This 1000 euros will be refunded within 7 days after departure and is a guarantee for any damage.
