A modern new-build house on Curaçao, according to Dutch construction standards and with various extras. We are happy to make our house, “Palmhouse Curaçao”, available when we are not on the island ourselves. It is always possible to contact us directly if you have any questions.

Detailed description
We have opted for a design with an eye for detail, quality and design. The kitchen has a large countertop with, among other things, a 4-burner gas stove, built-in cupboards and a combination oven-microwave. The kitchen is equipped with a large new and modern Bosch combination refrigerator and freezer with three large drawers. There is also running cold and hot water. There is sufficient crockery, glasses, cutlery, (Tefal frying and wok) pans, bowls, cutting boards, etc. available. The kitchen is also equipped with a Philips Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and an electric kettle.

A large dining room table with four chairs offers space for four people to eat and can also be used as a desk/workplace. The living room contains a modern two-seater sofa, two single armchairs, a coffee table, TV cabinet with storage space and a large ceiling fan. Technically, the kitchen and living room are also equipped with the following equipment:
- Smart TV (including Dutch TV channels, Apple TV, Chromecast, USB input, Amazon-YouTube and Netflix app)
- Soundbar (including USB input, Bluetooth, Chromecast Audio, Apple TV and an AUX input)
- A fixed cordless DECT telephone

In both the kitchen and living room we have used attractive LED lighting, including (colored) LED strips, which provide soft indirect light in a color of your choice.

Through the glass patio doors you walk from the living room to a semi-covered terrace with a table and four chairs. We also have two relaxing chairs. From the terrace you have a view of the tropical garden with a large swimming pool that can be used by the residents of the resort. The resort contains a total of two swimming pools. Next to the house is a large (privately locked) storage room, which can be used by guests (for example to store suitcases).

A separate toilet can be reached from the living room. The two bedrooms can also be entered from the living room; each with its own door. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size double bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a smart TV and various hanging options for clothes. Bedroom 2 is almost identical to bedroom 1 and has a small storage room/meter cupboard in addition to two single beds.

The bathroom can be reached from both bedrooms. The shower cabin has a rain shower and separate shower head. The bathroom also has a washer/dryer and a sink.

We ourselves place high demands on technology. That is why our house is equipped with fiber optic internet and a very strong 2.4 and 5Ghz WiFi network with multiple WiFi networks: One of the WiFi networks has a Dutch IP address, which allows (video) streaming services to work better. It is also possible to call via "Wifi calling" via various Dutch telecom providers, without additional roaming costs.

The house, including the external storage room, is equipped with an alarm system.

Water, electricity and possibly the use of our landline telephone will be settled afterwards based on actual consumption. The drinking water in Curaçao is of very good quality and can be drunk without further ado.
