This beautiful 3-room apartment is very centrally located so you can fully enjoy all the beauty and good vibes the island has to offer! The quiet local neighborhood offers a relaxing place to come home to after a long day at the beach.

The apartment consists of:

- Cozy living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals. The beautiful wooden shutters provide privacy and the possibility to let in the cooling wind;

- Private terrace from which you can enjoy the view over the ocean, with dining table and chairs;

- Two bedrooms, both with a double bed (1.40x2.00 meters), air conditioning and fitted wardrobes;

- A separate bathroom with sink, toilet and shower with hot water;

- A small safe to store your laptop, passport and other valuables;

- One closed private parking space.

The kitchen is equipped with: pans, crockery & cutlery, four-burner gas stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker;

Because the communal sun terrace and swimming pool are located at the rear of the apartments, there is sufficient privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds, take a cooling dip in the pool or grill your favorite BBQ meal on the BBQ (for common use).

Location:
The villa is located on a hill on a cul-de-sac in the quiet 'Planterrust' district. The location offers privacy and a relaxed tropical feel, surrounded by sea views and lush greenery. Enjoy the birds singing and don't be surprised by a visit from an iguana or two.

The ideal thing about this location is that you can find your peace at home while you are still in a super strategic location on the island between the center, Piscadera and the road to Westpunt with its many beautiful beaches. There are restaurants, banks and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

Far away in the Netherlands Antilles, but at the same time it always feels like coming home. The island has so much to offer!
