Other important information:
Electricity & Water:
The amounts mentioned do not include the consumption of water and electricity. These costs will be deducted from the deposit. (Electricity is charged at €0.50 per kWh and water at €9.00 per m³.) Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate the cost.
Final cleaning:
A final cleaning fee of €250 will be charged separately after your stay has been booked. This covers a professional cleaning to make the villa completely clean and ready for the next guests.
For stays longer than 14 days, an interim cleaning is mandatory. This costs €120.
Tax:
In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of 7% is levied on all bookings. This tax is not included in the listed price and will be charged separately after your stay is confirmed.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is until 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish to check out later, there is an extra charge of €60. Inquire about availability in good time, as this is not always possible.
