From the veranda, with a homemade cocktail in hand, watch the sun sink into the sea! What more could a person want?
On the porch you can relax in the lounge area both during the day and in the evening.
Here you can fully experience how life in the Antilles largely takes place outside in the shadows. Through the hatch from the kitchen, the food is on the table in no time.
In the living room there are two large ceiling fans that keep the room cool. Here it is nice to work with the computer at the big table
In the sitting area you can watch television in peace. In addition to many international channels, you will also find all Dutch channels. Unfortunately they are not yet on the picture but here too there are now two comfortable chairs.
The well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped. Think of; microwave, oven, fridge with large freezer, dishwasher and ceramic hob.
In addition to various herbs, there is also one; kettle, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, Senseo coffee machine, percolator and a French Press. Everything to make you as comfortable as possible
Although with this view, just old-fashioned washing dishes by hand is not a punishment either.
In the front garden, which can be reached from the porch with a staircase, is the BBQ.
A nap in the hammock under the palms in the front garden, for many the epitome of enjoyment.
The flower of the bouganville is one of the most popular snacks for the iguanas living here who are purely vegetarian, so don't be afraid.
The master bedroom, in addition to a spacious comfortable double bed, is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Behind the door on the left is a large cupboard wall.
On the wall on the right hangs a two-person mosquito net.
In the second bedroom there are two comfortable beds of 2.2 meters length each. These can be combined into a double bed.
There is also an option of up to 2 single beds. Here too there is an air conditioner and a ceiling fan along with two single mosquito nets.
The bathroom has a spacious shower with hot water, a high washbasin and a raised toilet
The bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The double doors of the second bedroom can be opened and locked divisible.
Once outside, you shower under the stars and you never want anything else
The gazebo behind the house offers many possibilities, such as a quiet yoga and/or meditation session, or a nice crafting/painting/writing place.
Our gazebo is of course also suitable for a cozy dinner for two or a game of cards while enjoying a cold beer or a nice glass of wine,
During the hottest time of the day, the iguana looks for a place in the sun to warm up its cold-blooded body.
These beautiful prehistoric-looking reptiles are not dangerous to humans, provided we give them the space to leave.
The yellow kelki, like its purple brother, blooms profusely as long as it is watered.
The car can be parked both on site and in front of the gate.
Every evening it is a pleasure to watch the sun sink into the sea from the veranda.

The best place to spot turtles in Curaçao is Playa Grandi (also known as Playa Piskado) at Westpunt. They are also regularly seen in other places such as Playa Lagun and Kokomo Beach.
Driftwood offers wonderful possibilities
Flamingos owe their colouring to the food they eat. They filter through their beak, algae, plankton and small crustaceans that contain the red, pink or orange dye carotenoids.
