It is 140m2, for four people and located in the quiet and safe apartment complex Residence Piscadera in Piscadera Bay in Curaçao. This corner apartment is well exposed to the wind, is fully equipped and has a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a spacious wardrobe and silent air conditioning.

Bedroom 1
The main room has a king size bed (200x210) and an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath sink and toilet.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) that can be made up as a single or double bed. The ensuite bathroom has a sink and a shower.

There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

The luxurious open kitchen, dining room and sitting area are located on the sea side. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and spacious fridge-freezer combination. You will also find various small kitchen appliances and materials there.

There is a TV in the furnished living room and from the sofa you can look out over the veranda over the Caribbean Sea. The veranda can be reached from the living room, has good exposure to the wind and provides a lot of privacy because it is a corner house. From here you have a breathtaking view over the Piscadera Bay and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. There is an electric BBQ on the veranda.

Next to the kitchen is a separate room with a washing machine. You can use the quiet communal swimming pool for free. You can park your car safely in your own parking space in the closed parking garage under the building. The apartment is accessible by stairs and elevator.
