It is a charming apartment. It is located 5 minutes from Hato airport. This means you are very centrally located on the island. From the front door and the balcony of the apartment you have a view of the north side of the island. So you can enjoy the planes taking off. The site is closed by walls, stones and fences.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. Each room has a double bed with a comfortable mattress. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Fridge freezer combination, dishwasher, kettle, sandwich maker and microwave. And all cooking utensils are available in the kitchen.

Due to the central location of the apartment, all major shopping centers and the center of the island can be reached within 15 minutes. The apartment was recently built. This apartment is one of two that I have for rent. This apartment is located on the first floor. Which gives you a beautiful look.

I'm Rodney, I live in the Netherlands. I was born on Curacao. I miss the island very much. Every time I visit the island I still have the itch to stay. I am the proud owner of this apartment. This is one of the two apartments that I have for rent.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 20% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 30% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
