Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Consumption of water and electricity
The daily electricity costs are $10/€10 per day. This amount must be paid on arrival if it has not already been paid at the time of booking. They cover the use of air conditioning between 21:00 and 09:00 (12 hours per day). If the air conditioning is used outside of these hours or for more than 12 hours, an additional charge will be charged at a rate of $1.00/€1.00 per kWh, which will be deducted from the deposit.

The cost for the use of water is $2/€2 per day. This amount must be paid on arrival if it has not already been paid at the time of booking.

The deposit is 200 EUR and is paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Cancellation between the 14th and the 7th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 6th and the 3rd day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
