Our holiday home is a semi-detached house located in a very quiet neighborhood in the northeastern part of Curacao. The apartment is fully furnished so the only thing you need to bring is your clothes and a holiday feeling.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (180*200) and in the other bedroom there are 2 (90*200) beds. The apartment has 1 bathroom, with the option for cold or hot shower and a toilet. The apartment has an open living room with an open kitchen. At the entrance there is a small porch where you can sit.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation less than 1 week before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
