Villa Pelikaan was completely renovated and comfortably furnished in 2022 and a new swimming pool has been installed!

The villa is located on the south side of the island in Julianadorp close to several supermarkets and the Sambil shopping mall. The beautiful beaches of Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort and Kokomo Beach are just around the corner. The villa is close to Willemstad with the beautiful pontoon bridge. You can walk from the beautiful old city center of Punda to the cafes in Otrobanda.

Villa Pelikaan has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room. The villa is therefore extremely suitable for 1 or 2 families or groups of up to 8 people.

We have lived on Curaçao for many years and our Curaçao host lives in Julianadorp and knows the island very well. She is always there for you and is happy to help you before arrival, but also during your stay, with planning your holiday, including suggestions and reservations for the best restaurants, events, concerts, etc.

We always advise our guests to rent a car, because the island has many extras to offer besides the beach: hiking on the Christoffelberg, surfing in Caracas Bay, and sailing to the picturesque island of Klein Curaçao with beautiful snorkeling opportunities. At Hato International Airport you will find the regular car rental companies, but we are happy to give you more personal advice, especially for renting pick-up trucks and minibuses.

We consider the economic use of energy and water to be very important. That is why we have chosen to charge energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low. The average costs are approximately Eur 75 per week. We will settle the amount at the end of your stay based on meter readings and the actual rates of the utilities.
