This beautiful 8-person villa, villa Pure White, designed by Jan Des Bouvrie, is located in the beautiful district of Seru Bottelier.

In the fully walled, spacious, sleek and Caribbean-style garden you have ample space for 2 rental cars on your own property and immediately upon arrival you will be amazed by the beautiful clean lines as you are used to from Des Bouvrie.

Immediately upon entering you have a beautiful view of the outside, so that inside and outside flow smoothly into each other and you can enjoy the wide view of the Seru Bottelier district both inside and outside. Because the villa is built against a mountain, you not only have a beautiful view, but also a wonderful breeze on the terrace and in the villa all day long.

The villa is divided into 2 floors and has 4 double bedrooms with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing absolute privacy for all guests.

On the top floor (street level) you will find the living room and the luxurious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The living room is spacious and has a sitting area and flat-screen TV with channels such as BVN and Ned. 1,2 and 3. You have access to the WIFI throughout the villa and on the terrace. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with all conceivable appliances including a large double-door refrigerator with ice cube dispenser.

From the terrace with a large dining table you have a great view over the Seru Bottelier district, which also gives a great atmosphere to sitting outside in the evening, when it is dark.

An internal staircase leads to the lower floor where there are a further 3 x double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and from where you have access to the large pool deck and swimming pool. The villa is very centrally located between the beaches of Jan Thiel Beach and Mambo Beach and the center of Willemstad can also be reached quickly by car.
