Villa Toucan

This beautiful, very well maintained villa, Villa Toucan, is located in the luxury residential area of Vista Royal. The beach of Jan Thiel with all its beach and sea fun, the supermarket and the many restaurants are a short walk from the villa.

The plot is completely walled and there is plenty of space to park 2 cars in the shade on site.

You enter the large living room with open kitchen with cooking island. The living room has a lovely lounge area with TV and a cozy dining table. You can enjoy the free WIFI here, but also in the rest of the villa.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped. There is a double door refrigerator with ice cube dispenser, microwave, oven, dishwasher and so on.

The living room has access to the covered terrace through sliding doors. Here is a large, 6-person dining table where you can enjoy meals in the shade with a view of the private pool and the tropical garden. The pool has a secure entry with handrail. There is also an outdoor shower.
A third, full bathroom with changing room can be reached via the terrace. The door is hidden in the wall painting.

Around the pool there are sunbeds for the sun worshippers. And would you rather stay in the shade for a while? Then take a seat under the canopy where you will also find a lovely lounge.

At the end of the pool deck is a staircase that leads to a sun deck with lovely sun loungers and views of the surrounding area. You can relax here on the wind.

The villa has 3x double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is large and has its own walk-in closet with safe and a full bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

In short, a fantastic home for a top stay on Curaçao.
