Villa Sea View with private pool

The name of this villa was not chosen randomly. From the pool deck you have a fantastic view to the Caribbean Sea and over the Vista Royal district.

You enter the site through the electrically operated gate and have plenty of space for 4 cars.

Upon entering the villa you will immediately see that a lot of space has been chosen. The spacious entrance downstairs gives access to four spacious 2-person bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
An indoor staircase leads to the spacious living room with modern open kitchen and large 8-seater dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The living room has a nice lounge sofa with flat screen TV on which all Dutch channels and BVN can be received.
From this floor you also have access to the laundry room where you can use the washing machine freely. As in the whole villa and on the pool deck you have access to the free WIFI.

Through large glass fronts you walk from both the kitchen and living room onto the outdoor terrace with private swimming pool. Here again is a cozy 8-seater dining table and a spacious outdoor seating area. There are several sun loungers around the pool so that you can fully enjoy the sun.
In the evening you have an unobstructed view over the sea to enjoy the sunset.

Jan Thiel Beach is a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find a supermarket, several small boutiques, a well-equipped gym and several restaurants.
