This 2-bedroom home is located in the Bottelier neighborhood, on a small scale secure resort called East Hill. East Hill is centrally located between Willemstad and Jan Thiel, making it easy to explore the city and nearby beaches.

The house has a spacious living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and one bathroom. Because the house is located a bit higher, there is always a nice cooling breeze. There are several facilities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and kettle, air conditioning in both bedrooms, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

From April 2023 we will be the proud owner of our home on sunny Curaçao. Because our children still go to school in the Netherlands, we are unfortunately not able to stay on dushi Curaçao all year round. For that reason, we rent out the house so that you can also enjoy it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
