The apartment
The central living space is designed according to an open plan layout, allowing the living room and kitchen to flow seamlessly into each other. The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances and a practical breakfast bar. Large sliding doors connect the interior space with the spacious covered terrace, so that inside and outside form a whole.
The terrace is furnished with a dining area and a comfortable seating area. Here you can start the day with a cup of coffee, relax after a refreshing swim or enjoy an alfresco dinner. From the terrace you look out over the communal garden, patio and swimming pool.
The two bedrooms are located in a separate part of the apartment for extra privacy. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, air conditioning, and a stylish ensuite bathroom with modern amenities. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed if desired. This room also offers air conditioning, storage space and a private luxury bathroom.
In addition, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and extra storage options for suitcases and other personal items.

The swimming pool and sun terrace are shared with the other guests of the CBW 366 resort.
Two parking spaces are available on the enclosed area of the resort that you can use during your stay.
About (the location of) the CBW 366 resort
The apartment is part of the small-scale CBW 366 resort. The location is ideal and very central to the most beautiful beaches and best restaurants. For example, Jan Thiel Beach with the nicest restaurants and the most famous Happy Hour on the island can be reached in about 2.5 km/3 (car) minutes. The distance to Mambo Beach is about 6km (10 minutes), Willemstad can be reached in about 15 minutes (8km) and the distance to Hato airport is just under 20km (about 30-40 minutes).
