In the Bottelier district, Casa Tropics is located on the Curinjo apartments resort. Bottelier is approximately 5.7 km from Jan Thiel beach and 9 km from Willemstad. The renowned supermarket Vreugdenhil is within walking distance of the resort at 700 meters. There are several restaurants in the area on the nearby Caracasbaaiweg. Because of its location on a resort, Casa Tropics has a high level of privacy.

The apartment is not rented to persons under 25 years of age and is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. The resort has 2 beautiful pools on the property/garden.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet room. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

Explanation of prices

Holding parties is not allowed and no loud music. No Kids under 10 because of the open balustrade to the 1st floor. Water and electricity are expensive. Your host Jacky can always be called for information. You are entitled to 20 kWh per day. On arrival, Jacky, your host, will check in and check out, together with you the meter reading and the same on departure. If consumption is higher, this will be charged extra. Will then be immediately deducted from your deposit of €200. The tourist tax is 7%. During your stay you can contact Jacky for all questions. The price per extra kWh consumed is NAF 1,-.
