Located in a super central location, close to popular spots such as Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel, our resort is always close to everything you need. From the apartment you can step straight into our beautiful swimming pool, where you can relax on the comfortable sunbeds and enjoy the Caribbean sun.

At Kenepa Resort you will experience an unforgettable holiday in one of our apartments, each with its own terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The resort is completely fenced, which ensures a lot of privacy and security. Each accommodation has direct access to the secure car park within the gate. Whether you want to spend a day relaxing by the pool or exploring the area, it's all possible at Kenepa Resort! The managers are always there for you during your stay at the resort. Do you need something? Feel free to ask!

Upon your arrival we will arrange the 7% tourist tax and a deposit of €250 in cash or by credit card. Please note that depending on the card you pay with, there will be a bank surcharge of between 2% and 4%. You get 24 kWh of electricity every day; that is sufficient for normal use and is already included in the price. Smoking indoors is not allowed. If there is smoking inside, we will withhold the €250 deposit.

Welcome to our beautiful resort! My name is Phylicia, and I am more than just the owner - I am an enthusiastic hostess who will do everything she can to ensure that your stay is unforgettable.

At 38 years of young age, I am not only the proud owner of this resort, but also a devoted mother of two fantastic children. Two years ago, we acquired this piece of paradise and lovingly transformed it into the perfect holiday destination.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Dear guests,

For us, it's all about transparency and convenience, which is why we would like to inform you about our prices and conditions.

Our nightly rate for a stay at our beautiful resort is $90. Please note that a 7% city tax will be applied to the total cost of your stay.

In addition, it is important to know that our resort has a power limit of 24 kilowatts per day. Should you need more, you will be charged an additional fee of 1 USD per kWh.

To make sure everything goes smoothly, we ask for a security deposit of $250 upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded immediately upon check-out, subject to a damage or excess energy consumption.
