Villa 44 is a detached, single-storey villa without neighbors above or below. The azure bay with beautiful sandy beach is a 5-minute walk through the lush tropical garden of Blue Bay Village.
The swimming pool with part children's pool is a 2 minute walk from our house.
The space
Our home is Villa 44 of Blue Bay Village, located in the very safe and well-guarded Blue Bay Resort. The house is only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach with bars, restaurants and dive shop! The swimming pool with separate children's pool is 100 meters from the villa.
Blue Bay Golf offers a professional 18 hole par 72 golf course with great views over the Caribbean Sea and the most diverse tropical plants along the fairway. Between the teeing area and the green of hole 5 you even have to hit the sea!
Blue Bay Dive offers two unique dive sites, the 'Wall' and the 'Garden'. At the PADI certified diving school you can take a course or rent your equipment. From the beach you can walk straight into the Caribbean Sea and swim through the bay to the dive sites. Note: snorkeling is also wonderful at Blauwbaai!
Our villa is a single villa, without neighbors above or below, ideal. From our porch you have a beautiful view over the golf course of Blue Bay.
The house has three bedrooms with air conditioning and fan. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a safe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, NESPRESSO, filter coffee maker, blender, toaster and kettle.
Villa 44 is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and is fully equipped:

Other things to watch out for
We think it is important that energy and water are used consciously. That is why we have chosen to add extra costs for energy and water. The average cost is around US$75 for a week. Based on the meter readings at check-in and check-out, we calculate the amount to be paid at the end of your stay.
