Blue Bay Curacao Beach Villa

Our beach villa at the beautiful Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort is a spacious, detached and single-storey villa. We offer space for 6 people. Enjoy the lovely covered veranda surrounded by beautiful palm trees and tropical flowers. There is plenty of shade on the porch for lounging or enjoying the hammock. The breeze is lovely, the veranda is also equipped with ceiling fans. With a beautiful white sandy beach with restaurants, flamingo lake, swimming pool, golf course and tennis court within walking distance, this place offers everything for a nice relaxed holiday. Our detached villa without upstairs or downstairs neighbors guarantees your privacy.

Blue Bay is also the ideal centrally located base to explore beautiful Curacao.

Our villa:
- is spacious (155 m2), for max. 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms with air conditioning.
- is close to the beautiful swimming pool that is equipped with plenty of sunbeds all around. Beach, restaurant, brasserie and sports facilities within walking distance. The Brass Boer beach brasserie is a unique experience for enthusiasts who want to be pampered gastronomically and at the same time enjoy the tropical surroundings.
- overlooks the tropical garden with banana palms, is therefore nicely sheltered and offers plenty of privacy.
- is on the ground floor; No upstairs or downstairs neighbors and no stairs so child-friendly and suitable for guests who have difficulty walking.
- is neat and clean, also suitable for (small) children. Cot, high chair, beach and swimming toys, snorkeling equipment, books and games are all provided.
- is equipped with its own fast fiber optic Internet / WiFi connection and TV with AppleTV, free to use.
- Has both 220v and 110v connections. There are also plenty of adapter plugs.
- A welcome drink is in the fridge when our guests arrive!

The kitchen is fully equipped (crockery, cooking utensils, Nespresso, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, sandwich maker, gourmet grill, etc.). Basic necessities such as pepper, salt, spices, oil, coffee and tea are also available for our guests. The local supermarket is a five minute drive away. But we can also recommend a delicious lunch or dinner at the beach restaurant (with your feet in the sand). Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and beach towels are provided and are included in the rental price. There is also a washing machine and detergent available in the villa, ready for use if desired.

Our guests get unlimited access to all facilities of Blue Bay, including the beach with free sunbeds, the beach bar, the restaurants, playground, tennis court etc. The Blue Bay Resort is a secure resort with 24-hour security. It is child-friendly and very safe. Blue Bay is still being expanded here and there, so there may be construction work on the resort, but not in the immediate vicinity of our villa. 

Blue Bay Golf offers a professional 18 hole par 72 golf course with great views over the Caribbean Sea and the most diverse tropical plants along the fairway. Our villa is located in the middle of a beautiful tropical garden. Around the villa there are tropical animals such as lizards, insects and tropical birds. Blue Bay provides a stray cat program. These cats are provided with food and receive medical care. In turn, they provide pest control, which is why guests should not feed the cats. In case of allergies, the proximity of cats nearby is something to consider.

Blue Bay is a great place for snorkeling and diving. Blue Bay Dive offers two unique dive sites, the 'Wall' and the 'Garden'. At the PADI certified diving school you can take a course, or rent your equipment. From the beach you can walk straight into the Caribbean Sea and swim through the bay to the coral reef. But, snorkeling is also absolutely beautiful at Blue Bay. Due to the calm sea, visibility is excellent and even within the bay you can see beautiful marine life. For children we have a set of snorkels, masks and fins in the villa. If you would like to have tips about beautiful dive sites, feel free to ask us for our diving tips.

We do not live permanently on the island ourselves, but our hosts live close by and know the island like the back of their hand. We make sure that we are always ready for when something is wrong and of course we take all the time for the explanation about the villa, the resort and the island. Picturesque Willemstad is only a 15-minute drive away, the airport is also 15 minutes away. We recommend renting a car so that you are flexible during your holiday.

For Curaçao it is very important to use water and energy on the island consciously and economically. That is why we settle the water and electricity costs separately with the guests. We do this on the basis of the actual meter readings and the official rates of the utility company.
