Casa Rumba near Mambo Beach

Casa Rumba is a large tropical style house with 3 bedrooms, a large living porch and a bar/fun room. The large veranda forms the centerpiece of the living space and has a great view over Willemstad. There is a plunge pool and an outdoor shower in the garden. The house is modern and artfully decorated and has a large living space, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. What makes Casa Rumba special? It is a relaxed private atmosphere with several unique areas where you can dine and relax.

SPACES
The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms vary in size and all have double beds with good mattresses. One of the double beds can be converted into 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms are modern, spacious and have hot water. The large veranda that connects to the garden is the centerpiece of the house and is a lively place overlooking the lights in the garden overlooking the city of Willemstad. Furthermore, there is a separate apartment on the property that functions as a "Fun House". There is a bar and a pool table. The pool table can be converted into a ping pong table.

LOCATION
Casa Rumba is located near (2 minutes drive) Mambo Beach. This seaside promenade is the most popular location for locals and visitors during the day and night. The house is also 10 minutes from downtown Willemstad and conveniently located in the center of the island, so everything is close by. It is located in a quiet street on the hill in a residential area.

ACCESS
It is a detached house with its own garden and fence. A maximum of 2 cars can be parked within the fence. We communicate in advance about alarm codes, keys and access.

PAYMENTS
Electricity consumption is included in the price based on normal consumption. We ask for a deposit of 36 Euro per week stay on arrival. On the day of arrival and departure, we will check the meter reading together and deduct the consumption above the normal usage limit from your deposit. The normal usage limit is based on 52 Euro per week. This amount has already been included in your reservation fee.

RULES:
There are not many rules. But please no parties, music and loud noise after 11pm, don't sit on the couch with wet clothes, close everything when you go out, don't leave leftovers in the kitchen for days, move furniture just and tidy house and furniture please.
