Casa Rumba near Mambo Beach

NEW!! Opening May '23! Casa Rumba is a large tropical style house with 3 bedrooms, a large living porch and a bar/fun room. The large veranda forms the center of the living space and has a great view over Willemstad. There is a plunge pool and an outdoor shower in the garden. The house is modern and artfully decorated and has a large living space, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. What makes Casa Rumba special? It is a relaxed private atmosphere with several unique areas where you dine and relax.

SPACES
The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms differ in size and all have double beds with good mattresses. One of the double beds can be converted into 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms are modern, spacious and have hot water. The large veranda that connects to the garden forms the center of the house and is a lively place with a view of the lights in the garden overlooking the city of Willemstad. Furthermore, there is a separate apartment on the property that functions as a "Fun House". There is a bar and a pool table. The pool table can be converted into a ping pong table.

LOCATION
Casa Rumba is located near (2 minutes drive) Mambo Beach. This seaside boulevard is the most popular location for locals and visitors during the day and night. The house is also 10 minutes from downtown Willemstad and conveniently located in the center of the island, so everything is close by. It is located in a quiet street on the hill in a residential area.

ACCESS
It is a detached house with its own garden and fence. Up to 2 cars can be parked inside the fenced gate. We communicate in advance about alarm codes, keys and access.

PAYMENTS
Electricity consumption is included in the price based on normal consumption. We ask for a deposit of 36 Euro per week of stay upon arrival. On the day of arrival and departure, we look at the meter reading together and we settle the consumption above the normal usage limit with your deposit. The normal usage limit is based on 52 Euro per week. This amount is already included in your reservation costs.

LINES:
There aren't many rules. But please no parties, music and loud laughter after 11pm, don't sit on the couch with wet clothes, close everything when you go out, don't leave leftovers in the kitchen for days, just move furniture and tidy house and furniture please.
