Hi I am Jeroen, I was born on the Island. Later I studied in the Netherlands.

Now I am back and working in Curacao.
I work in the IT sector. Besides that I am enjoying the hot weather.
One of my hobbies is cycling, which sometimes can be a challenge here though.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the host via email (even if this has already been communicated to the host by telephone, or whatsapp).The host will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 1 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge (excluding down payment).
cancellation 1 month to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation 14 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the renter only informs the host on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) use the rented object, they remain liable for the full rental price.

Down payments are not refunded.

In case of cancellation of a last minute booking the host will look at each case individually, and will decide on the refund.
Also for cancelation of a long term rental, depending the situation and circumstances the host can decide to refund more than specified above. (if cancellation is within a month or less of the start of rental period).
