KaSa KaroSol:
KaSa KaroSol is located on Kaya Sagaria in the residential area of Abrahamsz on Curaçao. This is north-east of the capital Willemstad. The location is completely walled with an indoor carport, spacious garden and swimming pool with lots of privacy.
Half of the building is occupied by Karolien and Tim (2015). The other half is rented.


Area:
There is a mini market within walking distance. The largest supermarket in Curaçao, Playa Canoa, Sint Jorisbaai, the Ostrich Farm, the Aloe plantation, Amazonia (with steak restaurant) and a fish restaurant (Snap it) where you can enjoy locally caught and on the spot prepared fish, are all within a radius of 5 km. The popular beaches on the south side of the island and the city center can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Unfortunately, traveling by public transport in Curaçao is a lengthy process. We recommend a rental car.

House rules

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in KaSa KaroSol. Not even around the pool or in the garden.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please do not feed our dogs or let them into the apartment. Not all guests are equally served by the dogs inside and once they are allowed in, it is difficult to unlearn them.
• In connection with vermin (ants, mice, cockroaches), care must be taken that no food scraps and crumbs are left uncovered anywhere.
• When using air conditioning, all windows and doors of the room in question must be closed. Also the intermediate curtain, to prevent the air conditioner from having to cool 2 rooms and therefore using more electricity.
  Please do not leave the air conditioner on when no one is in the room.
• Water rates are very high in Curaçao. Try to use tap water as sparingly as possible. Do not leave taps open unnecessarily.

Miscellaneous

• When using anti-mosquito products, please note that this can affect furniture. Both when the bottle leaks a little, and when just applied to the skin. Please pay attention to this!
