Deposit and energy consumption

• A security deposit of EUR 250 is required for possible damages, excessive energy consumption and any additional cleaning, if applicable.
• Energy and water consumption
• The nightly price includes 5 kWh per person per day for standard energy consumption. Excessive consumption will be charged at EUR 0.50 per kWh.
• Water consumption is included.
• Meter readings are recorded at both check-in and check-out to accurately determine energy consumption.
• Additional cleaning services
• An interim cleaning (EUR 40) is mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights.
• Additional cleaning costs due to factors such as leaving the BBQ dirty, smoking indoors, or leaving the accommodation excessively messy, will also be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation and cancellation conditions

Once your reservation for the holiday home is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for a deposit of the total rental amount. By making this payment, you agree to the terms and conditions described here. If the deposit is not received within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

The remaining amount must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. If the reservation is made within 8 weeks before the arrival date, the full rental amount is due immediately.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply, depending on when you cancel:

• More than 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.
• Less than 1 month before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that also covers cancellations.
