We are 2 brothers who in 2009 picked up the plan to build a house on tropical Curacao.
We have realized this at Villa Park The Pearl (Santa Catharina district) because this park is quietly located against St Joris Bay.
The villa has a private pool in an enclosed garden and is equipped with every comfort.
The villa was completely modernized in 2022.

- Kitesurfing Curacao: beginners
One of the best places to kitesurf on Curacao can be found at St. George's Bay. Both beginners and experts can come here and it is also kitesurfles given. The bay, actually a large lake through a channel connected to sea, smooth as glass water and wind from the inland.

There are many locals to find, not only because the bay is easily accessible, but also because the conditions are ideal for a kite to leave. And the water remains the first 40 meters deep.

- Diving / snorkeling
With an average annual temperature of around 27 ° C, the ocean 365 days a year a great temperature! Curaçao has very clear water, with an average visibility of 25 to 40 meters! can do.

Oasis of calm

On Curaçao is usually organized by many hotels, but also offer the larger beaches certainly nice terraces and bars to. Typical for Curaçao are nice cocktail bars you regularly encounter. You can often enjoy a nice cool cocktail while making it easy under a large parasol. Curacao is not known as a party island where every night until the last hours is danced. This is certainly not the attitude that you should go to Curacao. Still, the island offers plenty of entertainment for those who love to party. A good location for a party night is Mambo. Of course you can also go in downtown Willemstad, the Salina district or the resorts at Jan Thiel.

Some festivals are organized Curaçao Carnival, Curaçao International Jazz Festival, the Curacao Dive Festival Curacao Salsa Festival, Sami Sail and the Amstel Curacao Race.

- Hato Caves
Willemstad is lively and colorful. If you want to go out and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the island, there is much to see in the "Cunucu", or outside the city. Just north of Willemstad, near Hato International Airport, are the Hato Caves. The caves, carved out of limestone rock over thousands of years, formed when the island rose from the sea. Huge stalactites hang from the ceiling.

- Christoffel Park
At the west end of the island rises the Christoffel Park which is part of a group of national parks which was founded in 1978. Approximately 40 minutes drive from Willemstad, you can include the highest point of the island find Mount Christoffel. The colorful flora and fauna includes a forest of orchids, tropical birds, lizards and sea turtles build their nests.

- Seaquarium
In 1984 the Curacao Seaquarium opened its doors. It is a unique project on the coast near Bapor Kibra, next to hotel Lions Dive. A stone's throw from the entrance is an extremely healthy coral reef. The Seaquarium - particularly as aquarium of its kind - is a great outing for the whole family. It is based on an open water system "means the various tanks are continuously filled with fresh seawater. During business hours, the aquarium, theater and museum open to the public. You can also see how the animals are fed. Visit the great "touch pool" with live animals, where a fun way to know the underwater world of Curacao.
