After I came to Curaçao for the first time as an intern in 2006, I fell in love with the island again during the corona years. That's why I bought this studio this year to always have a place to come back to. I immediately felt at home at this beautiful resort. I try to come to Curaçao a few times a year. In the other months I rent out my studio so that other people can also enjoy this beautiful piece of paradise.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 20% of the rental price and 50% if canceled up to 3 weeks before the start date of the rental period.
If the tenant only announces 3 weeks before the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

The beautiful Sint Joris Bay is a 5-minute drive away, where you can practice all types of water sports and enjoy walking and/or mountain biking.

You can reach Mambo Beach in 15 to 20 minutes. Here you will also find a boulevard with some tourist shops and a number of restaurants & beach bars.

You can be in colorful Pietermaai in 20 minutes. After which you can continue to Punda and go via the famous trading quay over the pontoon bridge to Otrabanda for even more colorful murals.

In 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful and cozy Jan Thiel Beach. Where you can also get acquainted with beach tennis (drop-in evenings on Monday and Wednesday evenings).
