Welcome to holiday bungalow No. 8 of CuraXperience. CuraXperience is a hobby that got out of hand, born out of love for the island of Curacao. Our holiday bungalow No.8 is located on the quiet Santa Catharina resort. The resort is located in Banda Ariba, about a 15-minute drive from the famous spots Mambo and Zanzibar. Our cozy holiday bungalow has two bathrooms (both with toilet) and is located close to the swimming pool. Close enough to dive right in and just far enough away that you won't be bothered by noise. The park Santa Catharina resort has 33 units. The resort is fully gated and equipped with a shared spacious swimming pool with associated sun beds. The resort is clean, quiet and has beautiful plants. The Koraal Tabak nature reserve is a 5-minute walk from the resort.

We are Sharon and Paul. About 10 years ago we were able to afford a holiday to Curaçao for the first time. From that moment on, I was captivated by the island and always wanted to buy a holiday home here myself. Because unfortunately we cannot use our house ourselves all year round, we are happy to make it available for rental in the periods that we are not able to do so ourselves.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

The Santa Catharina resort is a quiet park, located a 10-minute drive from a supermarket and 15 minutes from the famous spots: Mambo and Jan Thiel.
The park has 33 units and has a spacious communal swimming pool with sunbeds.

The island has beautiful places.
Apart from the Mambo and Zanzibar spots (and associated happy hours), we also advise you to explore the other side of the island, towards the western point. Here you will find, among others: Playa Lagun, Playa Grandi (snorkeling with turtles), Hofi Mango (the park of Jandino Asporaat), Cas Abao, Porto Marie and the park Shete Boka where you will discover the rough side of the island.
