Casa di Corstanje
Casa di Corstanje is a spacious tropical-style home featuring three bedrooms, a large living porch, and a beautiful tropical garden. The expansive veranda is the centerpiece of the house and provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy outdoor living.
The house is modern, tastefully decorated, and offers a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests also have access to a large communal swimming pool, which is open daily, as well as a small children's playground.
Bedrooms and Living Areas
The three air-conditioned bedrooms vary in size and are all furnished with comfortable double beds and high-quality mattresses. The two modern bathrooms are spacious and equipped with hot water.
The living room is also air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
Location
Casa di Corstanje is ideally located in a quiet, gated, and secure community. Mambo Beach is only a 15-minute drive away, while Jan Thiel Beach can be reached within 10 minutes. Downtown Willemstad is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.
Access
Guests have exclusive access to the detached house, private garden, and parking space for up to two cars. Information regarding keys and check-in procedures will be communicated prior to arrival.
Payments
Electricity and water consumption are not included in the rental price.
A refundable security deposit of USD 300 (cash) is required upon arrival. Together, we will record the utility meter readings on both arrival and departure. Utility costs and in between cleaning with a longer stay (10 days) will be deducted from the security deposit at the following rates:
* Electricity: USD 0.50 per kWh
* Water: USD 9.00 per m³
House Rules
We want all guests to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay. Please observe the following house rules:
* No parties or events.
* No loud music or excessive noise after 11:00 PM.
* Please do not sit on the furniture while wearing wet clothing.
* Close all windows, doors, and turn off air conditioning when leaving the house.
* Do not leave food leftovers in the kitchen for extended periods.
* Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
