Holiday Villa 'KAS BON BIDA' This luxurious complete 6-person villa with swimming pool is located on villa park Flamboyan in the Kwarchi district. The villa contains 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The pool is surrounded by a wooden pool deck, equipped with 4 sunbeds, a wonderful place to enjoy yourself during the day and evening. Enjoy a snack and a drink on the veranda and then take a cooling dip. A place where you can fully enjoy the Caribbean sun on the comfortable sun loungers and the spacious garden. There is also a spacious porch with a lounge set. The total lot is no less than 550m2.

Explanation of prices

The costs are:
€ 110,- per night per villa based on a stay of max 4 persons.(High season)
€ 100,- per night per villa based on a stay of max 4 persons.(Low season)
Above 4 persons, € 10 pppn is added.
The villa is suitable for a stay with 6 people.

This net rental price does not include:
Tourist tax. 7% of the net rental amount. This tax is levied on all accommodations in Curaçao, both hotels and vacation homes, and is paid annually by the owner to the island management.

The use of water and electricity, which are calculated according to consumption during your stay and will be deducted from the deposit of € 500.00

You pay a one-off amount of €80 at the end of your holiday.

For stays longer than 7 nights, there is an obligatory intermediate cleaning and change of linen, for this you pay an amount of € 70,-
