Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit
  1. Payments must be made by cashless means: Tenant will receive a Payment Request by e-mail. If the Lessee has created a MyMicazu Account on the site, she will also be taken to the payment page via the payment buttons in her account. The Rent must be paid no later than the date of arrival of the Lessee at the Accommodation indicated in the Booking Request.
  2. You must pay 25% of the invoice amount as well as the entire deposit within 14 days after the invoice date via the Micazu portal. The remaining invoice amount of 75% must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date via the Micazu portal.
  3. If your reservation is within one month before the arrival date, you must pay 100% of the invoice amount as well as the deposit in one go, no later than three calendar days, upon receipt of the invoice (deposit and remaining invoice expired and will be drawn up in one invoice).
Cancellation
Always in writing (by post or by e-mail):
  • In case of cancellation up to 3 calendar months before the day of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge.
  • In case of cancellation up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rent is due.
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days until the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
  • If you have not arrived on the day of arrival, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rent will be due. In case of late arrival, the rental agreement remains in place and no rent can be settled for the days that the tenant has not used the house.
  • In case of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
By making a (partial) payment of all or all of the rent, you confirm that you have read and agree to the general terms and conditions of rental. The other terms and conditions will be sent to you together with the invoice.
