This tropical villa is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The villa has four bedrooms (with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (with hot water) and an outdoor shower and toilet, equipped with a modern kitchen with all appliances, a spacious living room with sofa, flat (incl. Row channels), unlimited WIFI and seroundset. Outside a lovely front and rear porch with great views of Table Mountain and the Spanish Water, a large enclosed tropical garden, a beautiful pool with wooden deck, sun loungers and a palapa for plenty of shade. There is also a covered carport for two cars with electric gate, alarm system, safe, including towels, linen and crockery.

The villa is only 3 years old and very tastefully decorated. A place to completely unwind and enjoy a fantastic holiday. The central location of the villa its nightlife, restaurants, cafes and popular beaches at your doorstep.

In addition, the whole villa floor (no steps) and is therefore very suitable for disabled and wheelchair users.

Bon dia, We are Sara and Jonas and have Villa Nino built in 2009. Since 2010 we rent Villa Nino as a holiday home and can happily occasionally myself just enjoy this wonderful tropical home in Dushi Curacao.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Up to 4 people you pay 175 Euro per night. Then per person extra 25 Euro per night. Except in the holiday periods (spring, May, summer and autumn), then you pay 200 Euro per night up to 4 people. During the Christmas period there is a fixed price regardless of the number of people.

For electricity you pay 0.55 Euro per kilowatt of electricity consumed. Water is 8 euros per m3 consumed. The water for the pool and garden goes through a deep well, so as a guest you do not pay water for this. Water and electricity will be settled with the manager on Curacao at the end of the rental period.

Near Villa Nino are the Salines. This is a rugged nature, where you can walk, bike or jog. Please mind the heat. So or early (before 9am) or late in the afternoon. Besides mangroves and cacti, you will find here many flamingos and different special birds.

There lies close to the beach of Jan Thiel Beach. Besides good restaurants, bars and live music, you will find also beautiful surfing, swimming, diving and snorkeling areas.
