Villa on resort near Mambo beach

Enjoy your holiday as if you lived on Curacao. In this lovely house you can truly immerse yourself in the Caribbean atmosphere! Everything you need is within walking distance: the famous Mambo Beach, the boulevard, shops, bars, restaurants, dolphins, diving and snorkeling spots and of course the famous beach bars...

The house is available for rental from January 1, 2022. It is located in a very centrally located 24-hour guarded gated resort within walking distance of Mambo Beach! From the veranda you have a 180 degree sea view and on the other side of the veranda you look at the swimming pool (to which the house borders) and over the interior of Curacao.

The resort has a large shared swimming pool with a children's pool where palappas (umbrellas) with sun loungers can be found. The lovely shaded veranda has a large dining table and a comfortable lounge and seating area. The house has a fully equipped open kitchen (with bar) with a hob, dishwasher and combination microwave. There is also a large American refrigerator with freezer for your cold drinks, ice cream and groceries.

There are four comfortably furnished bedrooms in the house. Bedroom 1 has a box-sping bed and a very spacious built-in wardrobe. This room is adjacent to one of the three bathrooms (equipped with toilet, double sink, shower and bath). Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 have 2 box-spring beds which can also be used separately. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a cot and high chair can be added, suitable for children up to 3 years old.

There is a bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3 and 3 and 4. The house has a total of 3 bathrooms. The stated rates are based on a stay of up to 6 people. A surcharge of 25 euros per night per person applies for the 7th ^{and 8th} person.

The living room has a spacious seating area with a large corner sofa. The television is also located here where you can watch Netflix. There is fast internet/Wi-Fi throughout the house. If you rent a car, you can park it at the house. The house has two private parking spaces.

The tropical garden is planted with palms, cacti and bougainvilleas. You can spot excellent birds in the garden such as hummingbirds, sugar thieves, prikichis and trupials. You can also sometimes encounter beautiful iguanas, lizards and cute geckos. Don't worry, they don't do anything, it's just beautiful and fascinating to watch :)

The house is very conveniently located on the wind and is centrally located on the island. Within literally a 5-minute walk you are on the popular boulevard of Mambo Beach where you can find numerous restaurants, shops and beach clubs. Mambo Beach is one of the most famous beaches where there is regular live music for entertainment. There are also several diving schools nearby.

On the side of the house there is an apartment under the house with its own entrance and private parking space. The house is built in such a way that the house (and the apartment) have complete privacy.
