The well-known gated holiday park with luxurious and stylish apartments and 6 detached villas, perfectly located right between the hotspots MamboBeach (9mn) and Jan Thiel beach (5mn).
Our modern detached villa has 4 bedrooms (2 with King beds, 1 with Queen and 1 with bunk beds), its own private swimming pool, 4 luxury sunbeds, mega parasol, lounge area, dining set and private parking space in its own driveway. In addition, you can walk straight into the communal beautiful large swimming pool through our garden.
Inside you will find a complete luxury kitchen with 4-burner induction plate, dishwasher, double-door Samsung fridge/freezer with ice maker, double oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all kinds of cooking utensils. The 2 luxurious ensuite bathrooms have a toilet, double washbasins and a wonderful rain shower from the ceiling! A spacious walk-in closet ensures the display of all your holiday clothes.
Two bedrooms have a luxurious King bed of 180x200cm with box spring. the 3rd chamber contains a Queen box spring of 140 x 200cm.
The 4th cozy bedroom contains a bunk bed. Although there are also luxury mattresses with top deck on it, we can imagine that it is really for children/adolescents and that adults prefer a "normal" bed. Up to a maximum of 80kg is therefore our advice, our teenagers of 17&20 are perfectly in it.
There is fast wifi and Carrier air conditioning in all rooms, in the living room and the main bedroom there is a 55-inch flat screen TV with Netflix and other well-known apps.
The park has 24/7 security and you will receive an individual access code so that security will let you through. You can park in your own driveway in front of the apartment.
