The house is located at the back of the plot, on a dead end road, has a lot of privacy and a tropical garden.
The location is central between Jan Thiel beach (5 minutes by car) and Mambo Beach (10 minutes by car). There are several supermarkets, diving school and restaurants in the area.
There is access to the salt pans for walking or cycling.
The house has a new kitchen with a bar where you can enjoy a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker.
Under the spacious porch that serves as a living room there is a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and a corner sofa.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each with its own bathroom including toilet.
All bedrooms have both a fan and air conditioning. There are also fans outside.
A baby cot (camping bed) and high chair are available on request.
The swimming pool with fixed stairs and sitting edge has sun beds and a parasol. There is also a large table here for eating and having drinks in the evening by the illuminated swimming pool.
The plot is equipped with a remote-controlled gate.
WiFi is available throughout the site.
Villa Pinapple and Villa Coconut can also be rented together for a larger group of up to 8 people, please send us a message for prices.
If you rent Villa Coconut, Villa Pinapple is not rented at the same time.
