Despite its quiet and sheltered location, you can reach the lively Jan Thiel Beach in just 10 minutes by car, with various restaurants, beach clubs and shops.

Designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, the villa offers plenty of space, freedom, and privacy—whether you're traveling with family or friends.
Please note that construction work is taking place at an adjacent villa. As a result, some activity may be noticeable during the day. Any inconvenience is expected to be limited.
Practical information
Under the villa there are three independent apartments that are also rented out. The villa and apartments share the driveway. All accommodations have a private entrance.
When the villa is rented separately, guests enjoy complete privacy. The apartments have their own entrance, swimming pool and private outdoor space. When the villa is rented together with the apartments, guests can use both swimming pools and the entire grounds. This makes Casa Pasha particularly suitable for larger families or groups who are traveling together, but still want to keep their own space.
The nightly rate includes the accommodation and WiFi. In addition, a fixed surcharge per night is charged for water and electricity consumption. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary extra costs, we kindly ask our guests to be aware and responsible with the facilities.
A one-time cleaning fee will be charged per stay. This includes the professional cleaning before arrival and the standard cleaning after departure. If additional or intensive cleaning is required, additional costs may apply. Interim cleaning is possible on request at an additional cost and includes clean bed linen and towels.
The nightly price can vary depending on the number of guests, allowing the villa to be booked flexibly according to your wishes.
