Tropical Eden

Tropical Eden is a modern tropical villa with private pool located in the luxury residential area Vista Royal and a few minutes' walk from the famous and beautiful Jan Thiel Beach. Here you will find several Beach Clubs such as ZanziBar, Zest, Papagayo Beach and Kokos with their beautiful and well-maintained beaches, a diving school, modern fitness center, spa and wellness center, a stylish casino, several restaurants, and shops including a Dutch-oriented supermarket.

THE VILLA

GROUND FLOOR
Here are the hall and the bedrooms. The very comfortable master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a walk-in closet with safe and flat screen TV. The sliding door gives access to the garden and swimming pool.
The 2 double bedrooms are spacious and have a shared luxury bathroom with built-in toilet, walk-in shower and modern double sink. All bedrooms have a separate air conditioning unit and are equipped with semi-orthopedic box spring beds of very good quality.

UPPER FLOOR
Via a beautiful concrete staircase in the spacious hall you walk to the living area on the top floor with a very spacious luxury kitchen with cooking island (5-burner gas stove) and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, a double-door American fridge with ice cubes and cold tap water, a coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee and espresso machine.
The cozy living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV with access to numerous channels (IPTV/Smart TV) and a Sonos installation.

The large sliding doors give access to a gigantic roof terrace, which offers you a beautiful view over Jan Thiel and the Caribbean Sea, and ensures that indoor and outdoor life merge. On this roof terrace there is a lovely tropical lounge area, luxurious sunbeds, large dining table with chairs and a barbecue.

TROPICAL GARDEN / SWIMMING POOL
In the tropical garden there is a large palapa with lounge set and hanging chair to relax in the shade. Around the pool there are several sunbeds and there is an outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen and bar invites you to have a snack and drink, possibly under the large parasol. The rest of the garden features several palm trees and other tropical plants. Behind the villa and next to the pool is a sunbathing area with (artificial) grass and a comfortable luxury hammock. The entire garden surrounding the villa and pool is fenced for privacy and tranquility.

LAUNDROMAT
The laundry is located in the outdoor storage room. This contains the washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Also a fridge and freezer, ideal for a cold drink
or ice cream by the pool.

APARTMENT (included)
At the front to the left of the villa is the access to the double apartment. The layout is a living room with kitchen with electric hob (4 cooking zones), refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. There is also a flat screen TV in the living room. The bedroom is spacious, equipped with semi-orthopedic box spring beds of very good quality, air conditioning and walk-in closet with safe. The bathroom has a built-in toilet, sink, hair dryer and shower. The apartment has a terrace with seating, parasol and dining table with chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But of course it is more fun to eat together and have a drink on the roof terrace or at the outdoor bar.
