Sea, beach and luxury
Besides all the comforts , you can enjoy the beautiful and unique view of the Caribbean Sea every moment of the day . The azure blue sea shines towards you from almost all rooms and the porch. We have been able to achieve this by locating the entire villa on the first floor. An additional advantage of being slightly higher is that you always have the wonderful breeze.

Let the fun begin
Enjoy the setting sun with a glass of wine in your hand, the peace and quiet, enjoy the tropical birds such as the Trupial and parrot.

The kitchen is complete and the whole has a calm modern decor. With dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge with always cold water and/or ice cubes. Through the French doors, the "cook" has direct contact with the people on the terrace.

All four bedrooms are equipped with silent air conditioning and luxurious box springs. The two master bedrooms have their own bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom. A safe (2x) is present and the holiday villa also has security that you can switch on/off yourself as a tenant.
Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in a separate storage room.

Within 5 minutes walking to the left you are at Jan Thiel Beach and then Zanzibar, jointly the hotspots of Curaçao. On Jan Thiel beach you will find several beaches, swimming pool, many delicious restaurants, takeaway options with food, Italian ice cream parlor, casino, many shops, ATM, water sports and a very experienced and well-known diving school. On the way to the beach you will also come across the spacious AH. Easy right? Within 5 minutes to the right you enter the beautiful nature area "the salt pans" with its flamingos. Left or right you enjoy .... After all, it's vacation!

Within 15 minutes by car you will find;
the Curacao Sea aquarium; Dolphin Academy where you can meet dolphins, swim, snorkel and even dive. An 18-hole Pete Dye championship golf course; safaris; horse riding; bowling; paintball; Curaçao Yachtclub- with various activities; Mambo beach and Cabana, together with the sunny climate (all year round ± 29°C) and the cooling trade wind, all guarantee an unforgettable stay on Curaçao.


Would you like to see more of the island, which we can very well imagine because what beautiful bays Curacao has. Then rent a car and reach the furthest Westpunt within 50 minutes. It is wonderful to visit the many idyllic bays on the way to the western tip.

- The holiday villa is situated on a hill on the headland of Vista Royal, on the east side of the island. The garden is completely fenced and an iron gate provides access to the property.

- On the site, the holiday villa has its entrance and location at the front. The small apartment below (also for rent) has no (real 0%) view of the guests of the villa. This is because this entrance and location is at the rear. This way complete privacy is guaranteed and you will at most meet each other at the gate if you arrive or leave at the same time

- Most safe area of Curacao; Like the neighboring resorts, Vista Royal and this holiday home are guarded by Jan Thiel security.

- No chlorine pool but light salt water pool through salt electrolysis system.
