The villa has upstairs a spacious living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each adjoining bathroom and toilet.
There is also a separate guest toilet on the top floor and a very spacious "Porch", sun terrace and swimming pool and of course comfortable sun loungers.
On the Porch there is a cozy sitting area on one side and on the other side two trunk tables with space for 16 seats.

There are also various restaurants, casino and car rental in the area.
Adjacent you will come to Jan Thiel Bay where you will find the famous beach of Zanzibar.
