This is a well maintained, bright and spacious studio apartment, located in the popular and safe residential area of Jan Thiel Vista Royal, with many locations in the area such as shops, hotels, beaches, swimming pool, sports clubs etc. All of the above within a walking distance .

The apartment is located between the beach of Caracas Bay and Papagayo. Mambo Beach is also not far away. The Quarantine Building and its forts in Caracas Bay are also within a reasonable walking distance. The apartment is in perfect condition. It can best be described as a double room with a kitchenette (20m2), a separate bathroom (6m2) and a storage room (4m2). There is a modern bathroom with a hot shower.
