Diving or getting your certification, snorkeling, swimming with the turtles at Playa Grandi, a day trip by boat to Klein Curacao, jet skiing, paddle boarding (SUP), kite surfing, to the Hato caves, climb the Christoffelberg or enjoy reading on a lounge bed in our garden by the pool. Enough choice! You enjoy freedom, lots of privacy, space and the always blowing breeze.

John Thiel

The beaches and the salt pans nature reserve where you can enjoy early morning walks are only 5 minutes away. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, beach parties, a spa & wellness center, an ice cream parlor and even a casino can be found near Jan Thiel.

Garden

We have a pleasant shady garden, comfortable sun loungers on the sun terrace and a large swimming pool. Nothing beats a refreshing dip in the morning or waking up under our outdoor shower - with a view of the coconuts. In the evening you can enjoy a cool glass of wine in the garden in a private atmosphere.

Nothing Missing

During your stay, nothing is missing. For example, we can pick you up from the airport, provide an extra cot or provide your fridge with your favorite drinks or breakfast upon arrival. It is our recommendation to rent a car at Hato airport in advance. To fully enjoy the island, it is nice to be able to go everywhere by car. If you want tips about car rental, let us know.
