The basic price is based on 4 bedrooms. If you use an extra apartment (maximum 2), a surcharge of € 75.00 per apartment per night applies.

Mid season: 

€ 375,- per night/€ 2,625 per week

High season

€ 475,- per night/€ 3,325,- per week

Peak season

€ 1075,- per night/€ 15,050,- per 14 nights

Surcharge apartments (total 2)

We ask for a deposit of € 1000, -

Prices do not include:

• 7% local tax
• Intermediate cleaning € 200 per time (based on 4 bedrooms) + € 25 (per apartment) mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights
• Final cleaning € 375 (based on 4 bedrooms) + € 50 (per apartment) mandatory

Prices include:

• Bed & Bath Linen
• Water consumption up to 1 m3 per day above that € 8 per m3 will be charged to you
• Included is 60kWh of electricity per day. For consumption above 60 kWh, we charge € 0.55 per kWh. 
• For each additional apartment, 15 kWh per day is included. For consumption above 15 kWh, we charge € 0.55 per kWh.

Conditions:

• Reservations only after notification of travel group and after approval of the owner
• Groups of young people are not welcome in the villa
• Check in from 16.00 - Check out on the departure day until 12.00
• Duration of stay min. 5 nights (Christmas holidays min. 14 nights peak season rate)
• Max. 12 persons
• Payment term: 40% upon reservation and remainder 8 weeks before arrival date

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the rent;
• In case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the rent;
• In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 7 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the rent;
• In case of cancellation from one week before the day of arrival, 100% of the travel sum remains due.
